It always conducts a regular assessment by inviting panels of expert reviewers to provide independent evaluations of the training elements based on best practices that aim to explore the strength points and invest them. At the same time the evaluations can also eliminate the weakness. Process of evaluation:
Participants: At the end of each training Program, trainees are asked to evaluate the elements of training program (instructors, training portfolios, materials, training venues, and training center).
Instructor: During and after each training program, the Instructor is asked to assess the trainees, training portfolio, materials, and training center.
Training coordinator: The training coordinator regularly evaluates the training programs, training portfolios, Instructors, and training services. |

As Quality Horizons Training Center has set up a high quality training standard to maintain the success and goals of the training programs, hence, the center has limited the number of trainees in each course to 20 trainees, with the aim that the instructors can create diversified training environments and colored techniques.
Furthermore, to have satisfactory training outcomes, the Center usually follows a daily assessment process; so each trainer will be asked at the end of each training day to fill out a training assessment form, to evaluate the trainees. |
